FAQ

Are these real plants?
They once were! Our botanical prints were hand-picked, pressed and dried and then reproduced as art prints.

What is a Giclee?
A printing process that uses acid free paper and pigment based archival inks to insure that your prints will never degrade, fade or turn yellow over time.

How should I care for my Giclee?
Until you are able to frame your Giclee, treat your new art print as you would any fine art piece. Take care not to scratch the service and avoid moisture or oils on your fingers as these may show up on the print.

How do I get my new art prints to stop curling and lay flat?
Once you receive your art prints, turn them upside down and take care to place them on a protected (tissue paper, etc) surface. Place a book in each corner and wait overnight - up to several days. Warmer environments will help flatten your new prints better than cooler ones.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your prints! We've gone to great lengths to provide detailed product listings and visuals so that our customers will know exactly what they're getting and will be happy when their prints arrive.  Our fine art prints and custom frames are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All purchases are final sale.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Union Pay logo.

Will my art prints match what I see on my screen?
We try to visually represent our art prints as accurately as possible. There may be slight variations in colors due to differences in lighting and monitors.

Can I share my prints on Social media?
YES! Please share your images on social media and tag us on Instagram @urbangardenprints.

Can I reproduce my new art prints?
Our art prints are copyrighted and purchase thereof does not transfer rights.
